Front End Web Design
During the early stages of Key Clothing Canada, it was decided we would take the steps to try and launch an e-commerce website. Working with our web developer at the time, I had mocked up the visual look and early user interface of web elements would be running.
During my time at Danier Leather as Web Content Coordinator, the current website was being redesigned for a new seasonal launch. I assisted with Photoshop mockups, colour correcting of products for the product listing, and pitching the idea of how email promotions would look for future campaigns.
Web Banner Designs
I have created a series of branded web banners for different sizes and playback formats such as static and animated. To serve as an extension for promotional needs in the case of GAO Group. For Tshirtgang the web banners were used to inform our user base of useful information. We also worked in tandem with SiteScout / Centro to launch and deploy ad campaigns through Google, Facebook and other various ad channel portals.
During my time at Danier Leather, I was part of the national marketing team, as Web Content Co-ordinator. One of my duties was to create and publish our e-mail campaigns to Danier’s large customer base. Majority of the e-mails were sale promotions, special exclusive events, partnership initiatives, and launch campaigns.
Social Media Content Creation & Management
In the course of my duties, I learned to create and manage content for social media channels. I first started applying my knowledge to get Key Clothing Canada up and running with an extended online presence. I brought those skills over to Tshirtgang, and Two Coins Entertainment.
Viral Content Creation
I have started to use my extra time when possible to create “mini-designs” whether it be simple illustrations or Photoshop mashups, commenting on events that have occurred in social media. Here are a few of my pieces that garnered attention online from the deaths of legendary musicians, to sporting events, and international politics.
